Toshikazu Hosoki is a filmmaker born and raised in Tokyo. After studying film production in Southern California, he worked in TV production for NHK and TBS in Japan. His latest work, 'Circle of Donuts,' a documentary short, was officially screened at Mill Valley Film Festival and Newport Beach Film Festival in October 2023. Also, his short film, 'Silent Rider,' about a 22-year-old skateboarder in Tokyo and featuring music from Grammy Award winner Flying Lotus, was praised by the globally popular skateboarding publication, The Berrics, as an exquisite film. His passion is to maximize musical elements in his films to create an immersive cinematic experience.
